Ball on an elasticated leash attached to a finger loop. Slip the loop onto a finger and adjust the velcro strap so that it stays securely in place. Bounce or drop the ball and it will spring back on its elasticated leash, allowing the wearer to bounce or catch the ball in their hand. Available in football and smiler designs.
