You know this bird…he never, ever has had enough water. Drinks are on you! Fluid from his lower half condenses into his head, and when it gets too heavy, he dunks his head to get a drink. Once he tips over, the water all flows back into his lower half and he tips back up. He's got a little hat, big plastic feet, a feathered tail, and a felt head. Just give him a glass of water and watch him drink it forever. Careful though--his body is breakable and the fluid inside will stain!
